Return & Refund Policy
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, you may request a return of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping; original shipping costs are not refundable. Upon inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Exchanges are available for the same product (subject to stock availability).
